With the UK market looking a little shaky, you may like to buy property overseas if you’re looking for a good investment deal.

But, the age-old question is ‘where do you buy overseas property?’

As is always the case, there are a number of property hot-spots around the world right now and you’ve probably heard mention of them and wondered whether they’d be a good investment.

Although I agree that some places offer better opportunities than others, it’s difficult to give a generalised opinion on this. The reason why I say this is because different investors are after different things; other than making money of course!

These four (Germany, Bulgaria, Cape Verde and Dubai) are amongst the most popular places in the world to invest right now, and you’ve no doubt heard or read a certain amount of hype about them.

Which hype do you believe though? One article probably tells you one place is great, whilst another says somewhere else, but tells you the first place is not so great!

I know, it can get really confusing!
