Investment property in Germany is currently a good market to be considering if you're looking at investing in both residential and commercial properties.

But what's so great about Germany?

Well, Berlin in particular is the city that's grabbing all the attention of property investors.

After years of decline Berlin's property market became very undervalued. What this means is that investment property in Germany, and particularly the capital city, Berlin, can be bought at amazingly low prices. However, this isn't a situation which is going to last forever because things are turning around.

I personally have some issues with investing in the German residential property market, but the figures stack up much better for commercial property in Germany.
