You need to find a group of investors who share the same goal as you! Then you can register your property development company.

Before you start building, decide who will be in charge. Appoint a company director who will handle all the important development details.

Make sure you look for someone who has detailed knowledge of the development market you choose.

This person will also hire professionals such as building contractors, architects, lawyers, and landscapers, as well as handle all of the administrative tasks.

The company director will also find professionals to market the property and ensure the projects stays on schedule and within budget.

As you can see, the job is not an easy one so be careful to choose the right person!
